Working with Jessica was perfect, especially in an imperfect market. From the start there was never any pressure and she really listened to all our concerns about selling & requirements in buying our dream home. She always answered our questions promptly and fully. She had suggestions that assured that our townhome sold (even when every other one in our development didn't). She hit the ground running with professional flyers and made sure our home was listed on every major website. She also made herself available for open houses of our home and showed us tons of prospective homes until we were sure we found "the one." She even scouted out homes in advance just to make sure they suited our style and needs. As a mother herself, Jessica would always help with our toddler while we looked at new homes. She knew the areas and understood the type of neighborhood we were dreaming of. Also with a baby on the way, we especially needed the perfect home for our growing needs and fast. She delivered. She was also very hands on during the closing process, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. I would recommend Jessica as a buying and/or selling realtor, and already have to close friends. Jessica was great to work with during my home search. She took the time to show me homes that were within my budget and in my desired area. She respected what I was looking for and didn't try to up-sell me. Jessica took care of everything once the purchase price was agreed upon. She gave me several options for mortgage brokers, attorneys, and home inspectors, which made that process so much easier. Essentially, Jessica took care of everything for me and made buying this home a pleasurable, low maintenance experience. I highly recommend Jessica!

We were referred to Jessica from another agent with another realty company who didn't have the time to keep us on as clients. Since we didn't actually choose Jessica, we were a little skeptical at first. As it turns out, she was a perfect fit for our needs. I immediately felt as ease with her and truly felt she had our best interest at heart from the get go. She never made us feel rushed or pressured into any decisions including when we were undecided about renting versus buying. She guided us through the process when escrow fell through on our first choice and onto the next house which we ended up buying. I would absolutely recommend Jessica and plan on listing our house with her when the time comes to sell.

Jess was so helpful and walked my wife and me through every step of the home buying process! We started over the summer in 2011 and Jessica worked with us step by step until we purchased in October. This was our first home buying experience which can be nerve wracking but Jess took the time to answer any questions we had and walk us through everything. We already recommended her to my brother-in-law and she assisted them with buying a house as well!

We have worked with Jessica for the previous 7 months in looking for our property. We found Jessica to be highly responsive, and totally committed to her career. She makes herself available late nights, early mornings, and even throughout her vacation! She has been extremely patient with us, supporting us and allowing us to make such an important decision. She is well respected in the industry, and has found great success. She has extensive experience locally, and is a pleasant, informative and very helpful, but not intrusive, agent. Jessica has represented us in 4 real estate transactions...2 sales & 2 purchases, and everything from a townhome to a 4 bedroom center hall colonial. She is incredibly responsive, much more than I ever really expected from a Real Estate Agent. She has always been honest with us, and given us unparalleled advice and guidance in some of the most challenging times in the real estate market. We have purchased at the height of a seller's market, sold at the height of a buyer's market...and looking back are happy with the decisions we made to follow Jessica's advice.
Her marketing expertise has also been something that I don't see often in real estate. Our homes were updated and posted online in a number of places, and our open houses always in the newspaper & online. Jessica has an incredible eye for home-staging, and if you follow her advice your photos will look like a beautiful home photographed by a professional photographer.
Jessica's presence is also unparalleled in this industry (and we were NOT million dollar listings). We have been to 4 closings & home inspections and while Jessica was always present to guide & support us, I can't say the same for the other party's agent. When we moved out of NJ, she even assisted us to find a new agent across the country AND continuously kept in touch with him and us to make sure our needs were being met. We have recommended Jessica to a number of family members & friends (even for help with an apartment rental!) and she has exceeded all expectations in all transactions.
If you are looking for a Real Estate Agent...Jessica knows her market, is a master negotiator, and you can trust her like you can trust a friend. I wouldn't trust anyone else to buy/sell my home, and I would recommend her to anyone & everyone I know.

We had a less than a 30day closing with Jessica and she definitely played a key role in the entire process. She provided us (as first time home-buyers) with helpful guidance in securing Mortgage Lenders, Attorneys and homeowner's insurance. Her responsiveness, thorough follow up and ongoing communication with all parties helped us close not only on time, but EARLY!
Jessica's vast residential knowledge really helped when searching for safe neighborhoods and family-oriented communities. Jessica's knowledge and experience is not just confined to just her typical territory either. I really dreaded having to work with another real estate agent. I'm a DIY kind of guy and like to do my own leg work. The other agents I've worked with have been just an annoying necessity - somebody to open the doors, pretty much.
Jessica was different, though. She had excellent knowledge of the houses availble in the Readington area. She had great recommendations and didn't waste our time with houses we wouldn't like. She was chatty, but knew when to turn it off - like when I was admiring a good electrical panel.
We're not from Hunterdon county, so Jessica was even able to point out the best local places.
When we met for the first time after Jessica was recommended to me by a friend, she immediately put me at ease with her friendship-first approach. Most agents are only interested in the sellers and "getting the listing", but I really got the feeling she valued us as buyers. My wife and I would highly recommend Jessica to anyone who is even "just looking" in Readington.

We have had the wonderful experience of buying our beautiful new home with Jessica. We looked for almost 2 years until the perfect house finally hit the market and then Jessica made sure we were the first to see it. She negotiated the absolute perfect buying price for our budget. Jessica is extremely patient, and I emphasize the word "extremely." While looking for a home for two years, she never gave up on us or our hunt for the impossible home which never looked as though it existed. There were times when my husband and I would get irritated with ourselves because we were so picky and quite frankly could not stand another minute of looking but Jessica was always there with us, being understanding and encouraging. She has an overwhelming abundance of knowledge in her field. We never had to call her twice to have a returned call. She always returned our calls and answered our questions promptly. You will be in the best hands if you choose her as your realtor. She is amazing.

We were wanting to purchase our first home and were looking for a realtor around the area that we had shortlisted. We decided to go with Jessica based on the positive reviews here on Zillow and were not disappointed. She was pretty prompt in replying to all our queries every step of the way. She also helped us find a lender who was pretty knowledgeable about the eligibility criteria for various loans. This was helpful as we are immigrants on an Employment authorization card and the documentation asked from us was extensive. All in all, had a very positive experience with Jessica and would have no problem recommending her to others.

I’ve dealt with many realtors over the years and Jessica Wormeck is by far the best. She started off by attentively listening to everything I was looking for when I asked for her help in finding a tenant for my townhouse, and from there everything I had hoped for came true. Jessica said I could get the top rental price for my unit and that she believed she would have me packing for my new place in just a few days. The first day the post went up with her beautiful photographs of my home I had a dream tenant interested who couldn’t wait to sign the lease. Everything went so smoothly and quickly that this has become my least stressful move ever. I actually told Jessica I would “miss” working with her. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a true real estate pro.

Jessica Wormeck was our realtor when my family and I relocated to NJ from PA. Jessica was an excellent realtor and I highly recommend her, She was patient with us in our home search, came to know what kind of home we were looking for and showed us homes that fit our style, did not steer us in one direction or the other, answered all our questions, and was very knowledgeable about the NJ area. She is very personable and a joy to work with. She was present when the homes we put offers on were inspected and helped us as we interacted with our lawyer. Jessica was fantastic. From the first time I talked to her on the phone to signing the contract, Jessica was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We met Jessica through the open house for the home that we eventually purchased. After having put our condo on the market 2 times and subsequently taking it off (the first time because we felt that the realtor was being pushy and the 2nd time for personal matters) we decided that we wanted Jessica to be our realtor. She seemed honest and personable. She did not try to push us to look at homes that were out of our price range (something the 2 prior realtors tried to do). She advised us as to how much she realistically thought we could list our home for, but in the end made us feel like it was ultimately our decision on what price we set, (our 2nd realtor was adamant that we list at what he thought would sell our place the quickest without taking in to consideration our financial capability). Needless to say we had a great experience with Jessica. She's very easy to chat with and clearly knows her profession's ins and outs. She is also a very good person who will look after her client's best interest and is patient. In our specific situation there were several hiccups that we encountered along the way. Jessica never made us feel like she did not want to spend any extra time handling the unexpected items that continued to arise. I will certainly be recommending Jessica to all of my friends and acquaintances in the future.

Jessica is FANTASTIC! We have worked with many realtors in the past and she blew them out of the water.
As background, we relocated to the area and knew very little about it. She brought us up to speed, gave us a lot of extremely useful material and information, and provided us with insight that was well beyond what we could have ever expected.
